Carneys Point Care Center is seeking a full time and part time daytime cook.

The Cook is responsible for preparing and serving a nutritious meal for a variety of dietary needs, while following food safety requirements.

We have a full-time position working 80 hours every pay period available, as well as part time availability.

 

Experience working in Assisted Living or Long Term Care Food Service is beneficial, but not required. We will train the right fit for our team!

We are looking for a reliable and positive LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) or RN (Registered Nurse) to supervisor the caretakers of our residents in a professional and considerate manner. LPN professionals must be first and foremost qualified and compassionate. The ideal candidate will be experienced in providing diverse basic care to those who need it while remaining patient and calm.

  • Proven experience as LPN or similar role
  • Ability to undertake a variety of diverse care tasks and work in a multidisciplinary team
  • Familiarity with hospital health, safety and sanitation standards and procedures
  • Understanding of confidentiality obligations and nursing best practices
  • Excellent knowledge of medical and hospital terminology
  • Perfect physical condition and stamina
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Compassionate and able to handle stress
  • Successful completion of LPN license program is a must
